These pages are a test of on-line teaching. A mixture of interactive experiments and regular text-based learning is now accessible at any time to any student - at the DoIT center or any computer with an internet connection. In the future, these pages will be used for classes here at UW - Madison. Plans include: more interactive chemistry experiments in areas such as acid-base chemistry, electrochemistry, spectroscopy, and complexation chemistry; explanations and tours of related course material; and on-line examinations similar to the ConcepTests, with the addition that questions will have links to helpful material and the tests will have the ability to be scored and records kept of the scores.
