Learn Acid-Base Chemistry ... approximations

These pages are being developed in order to integrate internet technology into college-level chemistry education. The current projects are Java applets that theoretically simulate common chemistry practices, such as acid-base titration and quantum wave calculations. Since the equations for these aspects of chemistry are rather difficult, a graphical explanation is often more understandable than a set of equations. The applets have a little text explanation of the chemistry, and are primarily used as supplements to lecture material.

Both Netscape 3.0+ and Internet Explorer 3.0+ have JAVA capabilities.

Even Windows 3.1 users can see JAVA with a special Netscape!

I suggest Internet Explorer 3.0 and Netscape 4.0 for the fastest and most reliable JAVA applets.
